THE ROLE
As a Facility Cleaner, you will play a vital role in keeping our Centre spotless and ensuring it’s always ready to welcome guests.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Ensuring that public areas such as exhibition halls, meeting rooms, corridors, foyers, balconies, bathrooms and back of house areas are cleaned and maintained to a very high standard
- Ensuring that all guest requests for amenities and services are promptly fulfilled
- Reporting maintenance issues and attending to special cleaning assignments
- Assisting with guest enquiries inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in a busy customer-facing role
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- A genuine passion for helping others and contributing to a positive workplace
We are looking for individuals who can work a variety of shifts throughout the week, including days, nights, and weekends.
