What You’ll Do:

  • Lead with Impact: Oversee daily operations across our vibrant bar, bustling restaurant, and welcoming accommodation, ensuring every detail is perfect.
  • Inspire Your Team: Motivate, mentor, and develop our passionate staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Elevate Guest Experiences: Be the go-to person for our guests, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and making sure every visit is memorable.

  • Champion Safety and Compliance: Ensure we meet all health, safety, and licensing regulations, keeping our team and guests safe.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues): Required to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
  • Approved Manager’s License: Necessary for managing licensed areas and ensuring legal operation.
  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol): Essential for serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to legal requirements.
  • RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling): Required to oversee gambling activities in a responsible manner.
  • CLO (Customer Liaison Officer) Certification: Important for handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively, especially in a licensed venue.

Note: If you do not currently hold all of the mandatory qualifications, you will be required to obtain before commencing.
