This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Supervisor ready to step into their first management role, or an established Duty Manager looking to continue developing their career within one of Australia's leading hospitality groups.

About the Role
As Duty Manager, you'll support the Venue Manager in the day-to-day operation of the business, leading shifts, developing team members and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all areas of the venue.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading service periods across food, beverage and gaming operations
- Supporting team training, coaching and development
- Managing venue presentation and compliance standards
- Assisting with stock control and operational procedures
- Driving a positive team culture and guest experience
- Ensuring responsible service and gaming practices are maintained
About You
- Previous hospitality leadership experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Duty Manager
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication and people leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the front
- Experience in food, beverage and gaming operations highly regarded
- TAB and Keno experience advantageous but not essential
Essential Requirements
- Current RSA & RSG
- RMLV (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
