The CasClub is looking for a customer service-oriented Duty Manager that will continue our focus on exceptional customer service and lead by Example.
This is a great opportunity to advance your Hospitality career and be part of a leading Team. We are looking for a hands-on person with previous Duty Manager experience with strong gaming experience in a Club or Hotel environment.
Requirements Proficiency in gaming, food and beverage management
Must hold a Gaming Machine Manager license and have a strong understanding of gaming. RSA & RSG also required The ability to manage and inspire a team of some 60 employees. Maintain high standards of service to all patrons whilst compliant with company policy and government regulations.
Highly competent at managing the venue whilst on shift. Responsible and accountable for the venue whilst on shift. Responsible for cash reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner. A professional who is a team player and capable of leading followers aligned with club values and goals. An excellent communicator with a passion for delivering the ultimate customer experience. A professional in both attitude and presentation. Proactive,self-motivated, committed, and trustworthy.
Available and flexible for a combination of day, night, weekday and weekend shifts on a rotating roster.
