About The Remote Pools Project:
The Remote Pools Project is a community-led initiative focused on improving the health and wellbeing of First Nations communities in remote Australia. By operating and revitalizing swimming pools in areas like Central and Top End Northern Territory, we promote water safety, physical activity, and social connection. Our pools serve as vital community hubs, offering a safe, fun space for families and fostering health education.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Borroloola community pool on a contract full time basis. As the Duty Manager, you will ensure safety, cleanliness, and excellent service for all pool users, while also leading a local team. You’ll be responsible for facilitating the continued success of these essential community resources.
