Duty Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an experienced Duty Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences at the Cove Tavern. This is a hands-on role supporting the Venue Manager in overseeing daily operations, gaming, compliance, and customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Running the day-to-day shift operations of the venue with a focus on bar, dining, and gaming
• Leading, motivating, and developing the team to deliver great customer experiences
• Handling guest feedback quickly and professionally
• Contributing to budget achievement through revenue generation and cost management 
• Ensuring compliance with all OLGR liquor and gaming regulations and venue policies

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• Current RMLV, RSA, RSG and Approved Managers Licence
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, including gaming
• Strong customer service experience and a love of hospitality
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holiday periods
