At Crowne Plaza Sydney Macquarie Park, our Front Office team sets the tone for every guest experience. From the first welcome to the final goodbye, we’re all about genuine service, calm leadership, and making people feel looked after. We’re now looking for a Duty Manager to support our team and help deliver smooth, memorable stays for every guest.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the Front Office Manager in leading the day-to-day Front Office operation
  • Being a visible, hands-on leader on shift, supporting the team and guests
  • Assisting with rostering, training, and performance support
  • Handling guest feedback and resolving issues with confidence and care
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest journeys

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a Front Office leadership or supervisory role
  • A calm, approachable leadership style with a genuine care for people
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced hotel environment
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends
