The Opportunity:
As a Demi Chef, you will be an integral part of the kitchen team, supporting the Chef de Partie and contributing to the preparation and service of consistently high-quality food. You will be hands-on across prep, cooking and plating, with a strong focus on flavour, presentation and timing.
This role suits a Demi Chef who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a collaborative kitchen environment and values strong standards. You will play an important role in maintaining food safety, cleanliness and organisation, helping ensure service runs smoothly from start to finish.
