We are seeking experienced senior chefs for permanent, contract/temp work and seasonal work for WA Regional Towns and Perth Metro clients.
Work when you want! Whether you want to travel/work/play around WA (or other states), or pick up a few shifts on top of your current job, we can match you with the temp jobs YOU want.

Metro Shifts start from $42.00 per hour.
Regional Shifts start from $44.00 per hour
Travel/Accommodation included (in regional workplaces)
You must be able to:

- Work in fast paced kitchens;
- Be reliable and trustworthy
- Have a great personality and work ethic.
- Bring own chef uniforms, knives, and safety shoes.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the menu and standards set by the Head Chef.
- Assist in the management of kitchen operations, including food safety and hygiene practices.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to recipes and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a busy kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are preferred.
