Chef de Partie – PARRAdise Cafe

We have exciting for a Chef de Partie to join PARRA Group working at our PARRAdise cafe at the Parramatta Eels Centre of Excellence in Kellyville located on Memorial Avenue, Kellyville. The Chef will be working across a 7 day roster which will include regular cafe trading hours and match day events.

As a member of our team, you will have a passion for providing high quality food in a timely, efficient, and consistent manner.

• Duties include but are not limited to:
• Maintain menu planning, stock and ordering requirements.
• Ensure minimal wastage for all food outlets.
• Ensure that the cafe will meet or exceed operational, service and OH&S procedures, systems, and general requirements.
• Servicing a breakfast and lunch menu.

About you:

• Passionate about cooking food to the highest standard.
• Experience in Functions and event days.
• Highly reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Experience as Chef De Partie, Commi Chef or a similar position either in a Hotel, Restaurant, or club environment.
• Relevant trade qualifications and experience in commercial cooking (desirable).
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Ability to drive and have own transport – due to the location of the venue, there is limited access to public transportation.
