The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Brigade and play a key role in delivering high-quality dining experiences.

Taking ownership of your section, you will support preparation, production and presentation while maintaining consistency during service. Working closely with senior chefs, you will contribute to a well-organised kitchen, support junior team members and help bring the menu to life with care and attention to detail.

This full-time position is suited to a chef who takes pride in their craft, enjoys working with quality ingredients and thrives in a busy, collaborative kitchen environment.

The Talent:

You are a passionate and capable chef who takes pride in delivering quality food and supporting those around you. Organised, reliable and calm under pressure, you bring a positive attitude to service and a genuine commitment to your craft.

You will bring:

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef ready to take the next step
• Experience working within high-volume or quality-driven kitchen environments
• Confidence managing your own section and maintaining consistency during service
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and WHS requirements
• A collaborative approach and willingness to support and mentor junior team members
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• A passion for quality produce, continuous learning and creating exceptional dining experiences will set you apart.
