Reporting to the Head Chef, the Chef de Partie is central to the daily running of the kitchen. Working in service and completing prep duties, the CDP is expected to deliver and maintain a high standard and consistent quality across an exciting menu.
Must be available approximately 15 hours Fri–Sun, including some evening functions (up to 9:30pm), with potential for additional hours long term.
