Led by Head Chef Cam Jones, the Vasse Felix Restaurant plays an integral role in the overall wine and estate experience. The modern Australian menu highlights local, seasonal produce and is delivered with the distinctive Vasse Felix approach to quality, creativity and presentation.
About You
We are looking for a chef who brings creative flair, a genuine passion for local ingredients and a strong appreciation for quality food. You will enjoy working as part of a collaborative team and understand the value of a professional, supportive and enjoyable workplace. An interest in fine wine and knowledge of food and wine pairing would be highly regarded.
Roster and Availability
The role offers 3 to 5 shifts per week. Availability is required across weekdays and weekends, with occasional evening events.
