Casual FOH and Baristas | Lune Pacific Fair

Opening late June at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, our newest venue is a beautifully designed, boutique space — intimate in footprint, world-class in every detail. This is Lune as it was always meant to feel: warm, considered, and a little extraordinary.

We're looking for casual Baristas and FOH Attendants who want to be there from day one. Whether you're most at home behind the espresso machine or out on the floor making guests feel genuinely welcome, you'll be part of a tight-knit team delivering the care, craft, and warmth that define everything we do.

What the roles involve

• Preparing and serving exceptional coffee (Barista)
• Managing POS, plating, and guest experience (FOH)
• Maintaining flow, organisation, and attention to detail during service
• Supporting your teammates and ensuring every guest feels welcome

  
We’re looking for people who:

• 1–2 years' café or restaurant experience (FOH); 2 years' specialty coffee (Barista)
• Calm, communicative, and genuinely warm with guests
• Flexible with shifts, proactive by nature, and a strong team player
• Full working rights in Australia

• Trials at Lune Brisbane (Manning St): Early June
• Training and onboarding at Pacific Fair: Mid June
• Approximate Venue Opening: Late June 2026
• Venue Opening Hours: Mon-Weds 8:00am-9:00pm, Thurs-Sun 9:00am-10:00pm
