Purpose
As Cafe Manager you will assume full responsibility for managing every facet of our cafe. Primary Responsibilities
Oversee all operational aspects of the Cafe and develop innovative and insightful strategies for optimising guest experience and revenue growth opportunities
Leverage your extensive expertise to guide and mentor your team, ensuring they consistently craft memorable moments
Manage all administrative and planning aspects of the department, including but not limited to scheduling, reporting, package and promotion development, recruitment, personnel management, inventory management, and ordering
Skills and Experience
Prior experience as a Café Manager, with barista and latte art efficiency
Strong leadership skills to engage, inspire, and cultivate your team, fostering a positive workplace atmosphere
Proven track record in managing budgets, overseeing inventory, and creating staff schedules
Effective communicator with adept skills in stakeholder management, both internally and externally
Exceptional organisational skills with a knack for prioritisation and a keen sense of urgency
Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and effectiveness when faced with high-pressure situations
Possession of a valid RSA is preferable
This role operates on a Monday – Friday roster, with no weekend and public holidays required
