What we’re after

• Oversee day-to-day café operations, ensuring smooth service, quality food & beverage presentation, and exceptional customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance team — from rostering and recruitment to training and feedback.
• Manage financial performance, including labour budgets, cost of goods, sales growth, and P&L accountability.
• Maintain compliance and safety standards, from food safety to WHS, ensuring a safe environment for customers and staff.
• Be hands-on when needed — whether that’s on the floor, behind the machine, or supporting in the kitchen.
• Drive sales growth through promotions, upselling, and local area marketing initiatives.

These roles require applicants to have working rights in Australia and flexible availability and willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
