We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable Casual Chef to join our team.

The Role and Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting high-quality cafe meals to brand standards
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP compliance)
• Managing prep, stock rotation and portion control
• Supporting menu execution and seasonal changes
• Working collaboratively with cafe and front of house teams
• Contributing ideas aligned with health and wellness trends
• Reporting to the Cafe Manager

About You

• Trade qualified – Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery
• First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Highly skilled in breakfast/lunch items
• Ability to work autonomously
• Organised, efficient and calm under pressure
• Available for flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends
• Reliable mode of transport
