Caffe Ducale, part of DC Specialty Coffee Roasters, is a premium Melbourne-owned and operated coffee roaster by Industry Beans. We combine traditional Italian coffee flavours with the knowledge, sourcing, roasting, and craftsmanship of Melbourne Specialty Coffee.

In August 2026, Caffe Ducale will open its second espresso bar in Southland Westfield. The Espresso bar will focus on both dine in and take-away high-volume coffee and freshly roasted retail coffee, bringing together modern coffee equipment with unique Italian styled architecture and design.

We’re looking for a passionate team of Baristas to join our team, brewing delicious coffee with a focus on a fun and engaging customer experience.

This Position Offers:

• A brand-new Espresso Bar with state of the art equipment
• Induction, training and development for all new team members
• Support from an experienced Café Manager and Coffee Roasters
• Flexible Hours – Enjoy a role that offers flexible scheduling options to suit your lifestyle, with opportunities for Casual, Part-time or Full-time Employment types available

You will be perfect for this role if you have:

• A passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
• High quality barista skills (latte art, dialling in, trouble-shooting etc.)
• A strong work ethic with a customer focused attitude
• A positive and professional demeanour
• An excitement and ability to engage with customers about our coffee, menu and brand.
• The ability to work minimum three days a week including weekends
