The Role:

We are looking for Baristas to deliver a premium coffee across out Adelaide St. and Newstead venues, multiple positions available. The right Baristas will be experienced and passionate, with a strong work ethic and focus to deliver a memorable customer experience. This is a serious role for advanced and passionate Baristas looking to further their careers.

Available for 20-30 hours per week across 3-4 shifts, Monday to Sunday, with potential for additional hours.

Must have experience working independently, confidently managing workflow, delivering excellent customer service, building rapport with customers, and maintaining a high standard of organisation and cleanliness.

You’ll be perfect for this role if you have:

• A passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
• 1 – 2 years’ experience working with specialty coffee
• Exceptional barista skills (latte art, filter brewing, dialling in, trouble-shooting etc.)
• A strong work ethic with a customer focused and positive attitude
• The desire to engage with customers about our coffee, menu and brand
