Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team in North Sydney. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers with precision and care.
• Oversee the settings and maintenance of coffee machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and surrounding areas.
• Assist in training new staff members on coffee preparation techniques and customer service standards.
• Manage inventory levels of coffee beans and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Barista experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in front of house roles within the hospitality sector
• Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance
• Attention to detail in coffee preparation and presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
