About the Role As an experienced barista, you’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based beverages to a high standard
• Maintain consistency in coffee quality
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Handle cash and POS transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards
• Work collaboratively with the team during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year experience as a barista in a fast-paced café environment
• Strong knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and equipment handling
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Availability for weekends and early morning shifts
