✨ What You’ll Be Doing

• Crafting hot and cold beverages with consistency and care
• Greeting every guest and building genuine connections
• Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Operate coffee machines and other equipment
• Handling the till and processing transactions
• Taking ownership of the space – treating the coffee shop like it’s your own
• Keeping things clean, organised, and running smoothly
• Monitoring stock levels and staying on top of what’s needed
• Completing end-of-day procedures, including cashing up and banking

• A people-person who loves great customer service
• Someone reliable who takes initiative and ownership
• Previous barista or hospitality experience
• Solid knowledge of coffee
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
