The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and capable individual to step into a leadership role within Atrium as a Bar Supervisor! This is your chance to leverage your mixology background in a leadership position where you’ll set the tone, inspire your team and advance your career

Reporting to the Bar Manager, you’ll play a critical role in leading and guiding the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining the high standards our guests expect. As a leader, you’ll champion Crown’s 4Cs of Service Excellence—Be Courteous, Connect, Create, and Care—by embedding these principles into every interaction and inspiring your team to do the same.

Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the day‑to‑day operations of the bar, ensuring service excellence and maintaining strong mixology standards in line with modern cocktail trends and cost‑focused beverage practices.
  • Support and coach team members through hands‑on leadership, quality control and driving a premium hospitality culture.
  • Maintain outlet readiness, grooming standards and compliance with Crown policies, safeguarding RSA and operational requirements.
  • Assist with administrative duties including stock management, cost effective ordering and roster adjustments.

About You

  • 5+ years supervisory experience in premium high‑volume bar settings managing medium–large teams 
  • Strong mixology skills and ability to work quickly and consistently.
  • Effective leader under pressure with clear communication and fair, confident decision‑making.
  • Sound operational knowledge, including POS systems and cash reconciliation.
  • Strong understanding of RSA, Health & Safety and Food Safety compliance.
  • Guest-focused with strong communication, conflict resolution and coaching abilities.
  • Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster including late nights, weekends and public holidays
