This is a hands-on opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery while working alongside experienced chefs in a busy resort kitchen.

What you’ll be doing

• Learning all areas of commercial cookery
• Supporting breakfast, lunch, dinner and events
• Developing knife skills and cooking techniques
• Working safely as part of a supportive kitchen team
