Located within the iconic Art Gallery of NSW, Crafted by Matt Moran offers a signature dining experience that celebrates quality ingredients and a stunning atmosphere. We are looking for passionate, professional casual waitstaff to join our high-performing team.

The Details

• Essential: Availability for Wednesday night shifts is a requirement for this role.
• Approximately 15–25 hours per week.
• Competitive Casual Level 2 rates.
• Looking for a minimum commitment of 3 months to the team.

About You

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-end restaurant or bistro.
• Confident carrying 3+ plates and thriving in a busy, fast-paced setting.
• Outgoing, friendly, and genuinely passionate about guest service.
• Polished presentation with excellent communication skills.
• Valid NSW RSA competency card.
• Valid Australian Working Rights (student visas are welcome!).
