The Role:

We’re searching for floor staff who are polished, proactive, and guest-obsessed. You’ll be someone who can multitask with a smile, confidently handle high volumes, and go the extra mile to create memorable moments for every guest.

Your role will include:

• Table service and guest engagement
• Supporting large bookings, VIPs, and functions
• Ensuring a smooth and high-energy dining/drinking experience
• Communicating with FOH and BOH teams seamlessly
  

What You Bring

• Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• A great attitude, attention to detail, and passion for the industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent personal presentation
• Must be available Friday to Sunday (all hours), and occasionally midweek for private functions
• You must be able to work across departments within the venue — flexibility is key as every day is different at Cali.
