Located in Woolwich, Sydney NSW, Cucinetta is an Italian restaurant offering authentic Italian cuisine, quality service, and a welcoming dining experience. The restaurant is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Trade Waiter to support its front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality table service, ensuring a positive dining experience for guests
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff
• Serving meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Setting up and clearing tables in accordance with service standards
• Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of dining and service areas
• Processing customer payments using POS systems
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth service operations
• Following workplace health, safety, and hygiene procedures

• At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Waiter or in a similar role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
