We’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager who loves leading from the front, smashing KPIs, and creating unforgettable customer experiences.

You’ll inspire a team of 20+, in our high-performing store with an awesome culture. If you’re a service-driven, customer-obsessed leader who thrives on being 50/50 on the floor, this is your chance to shine.

Our Store Managers are champions of our people. They lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their best by providing outstanding customer experiences. To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

• Management / leadership experience. 
• A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service. 
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team 
• Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities. 
• Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results. 
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
