The Role

In this role you will be a driving force behind the kitchen’s day-to-day energy, supporting the Head Chef while leading the team through everything from early-morning café trade to refined lunch and dinner services, as well as curated event experiences. Your ability to shift gears, maintain standards across different styles of service, and keep the team aligned will be key to success.
