You’ll kick off each shift by making sure the floor is set, the team’s ready, and everything’s lined up for a smooth, seamless service;
You’ll connect with guests, make them feel welcome, and leave a lasting memorable impression;
You’ll be an expert on the menu, dietary needs, allergens, and the beverage list;
You’ll keep an eye on stock and gear, set up systems to record breakages, manage inventory, and maintain control for the food service areas;
Ensure compliance with RSA, hygiene, and licensing regulations – keeping everything above board and up to standard.
We are looking for you – with personality and that certain something …
You have at least two years of experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor capacity for large Food & Beverage operation within premium and luxury establishments;
You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
You possess a high level of written and spoken Business English;
You are extremely organised and have proven experience leading and motivating a diverse restaurant team in a high-pressure environment;
