You’ll bring a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, Food Safety Supervisory Certification, and 5+ years’ Head Chef experience in aged care, hotels, or similar environments. Focused on quality and impact, you’ll create nutritious meals, deliver standout dining experiences, and ensure full compliance with food safety standards while overseeing daily meal services and special events.Please note all applicants must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, police clearance and NDIS worker’s clearance.
