Our client is a leading wealth management firm servicing high-net-worth clients. We are seeking a professional, personable Receptionist/ Front of House to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a corporate environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage conference room scheduling and meeting logistics
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Diary management
- Support office management and other departments as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of client and firm information at all times
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role (financial or professional services environment preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
