Our client is a leading wealth management firm servicing high-net-worth clients. We are seeking a professional, personable Receptionist/ Front of House to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a corporate environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage conference room scheduling and meeting logistics
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Diary management 
  • Support office management and other departments as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and firm information at all times
Skills & Experience  
  • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role (financial or professional services environment preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
