Company Description

Sodexo is seeking a Program Manager to lead a high‑impact pilot focused on optimising cleaning resources through improved work design and enabling technology.

This is a 6‑month fixed‑term role, reporting to the Director, Strategic Transformation. You will have end‑to‑end ownership of the pilot — from design and mobilisation through to delivery, performance tracking, and recommendations for scale‑up.

Job Description

Working closely with a Cleaning Subject Matter Expert and Sodexo’s national teams, you will:

  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a cleaning resource optimisation pilot
  • Analyse current cleaning models, workflows, and rosters to identify improvement opportunities
  • Design and implement new ways of working to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Manage pilot governance, milestones, risks, and reporting
  • Support deployment and adoption of enabling technology
  • Lead change management activities to embed new processes at site level
  • Track operational KPIs, productivity metrics, and benefits realisation
  • Prepare outcome reviews and recommendations for broader rollout

Qualifications

You are a hands‑on program or project manager with strong operational and process improvement experience. You are comfortable working in complex, site‑based environments and can lead change through influence rather than authority.

You will bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience delivering programs, pilots, or transformation initiatives end‑to‑end
  • Strong process improvement or operational excellence background
  • Experience working in matrix organisations with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, communication, and change management skills
  • The ability to thrive in fast‑paced and ambiguous environments
