About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Metung Country Club Supervisor to lead and support our MCC team and oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the Metung Country Club.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be the senior contact on shift, supporting the Guest Service Attendant team and ensuring consistently high standards across the Pro Shop, bar, café and membership services.

Working closely with the General Manager and wider Metung Hot Springs team, you will help create exceptional experiences for our guests and members while supporting staff training, stock management, events, cash handling and daily operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and support the MCC team, providing guidance, training and direction to ensure high standards of service and presentation.
• Act as the senior contact on shift, confidently managing operational decisions, guest enquiries and issues as they arise.
• Oversee the daily operation of the Pro Shop, bar and membership services, including sales, bookings, competitions, stock and golf equipment.
• Coordinate MCC events, group bookings and member activities, ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry through to delivery.
• Support food and beverage operations, including stock ordering, inventory, menus and maintaining high standards across all service areas.
• Manage cash and EFTPOS reconciliation, shift reporting and operational handovers.
• Maintain effective procedures and ensure the MCC is clean, organised, safe and ready for guests and members.

About You

You are a confident, hands-on leader who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You are comfortable taking responsibility, making decisions and keeping a busy operation running smoothly.

You will bring:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior guest service, hospitality, retail, golf or similar customer-focused role.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Exceptional customer service and the ability to confidently manage guest and member enquiries.
• Experience with POS, cash handling, stock control and general administration.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail.
• High standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
• A positive, energetic and collaborative approach.
• Current Food Handlers, First Aid and RSA qualifications.
• Willingness to obtain a National Police Check.
