We're seeking Hosts who thrive in a fast-paced, game-changing retail space in our Sydney CBD stores in NSW: MECCA George Street and MECCA Martin Place POP. You'll deliver exceptional customer experiences, create authentic connections, and bring a passion for beauty and continuous learning. Help bring the MECCA magic to life, creating unforgettable experiences for our customers, every day.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
Delivering an exceptional customer experience and create authentic connections with customers
Play a key role in supporting the wider team with on-floor presence and ability to pivot as required
Work effectively as part of the team to support running of the store in a safe, compliant, and efficient way
Contribute to the overall store performance through providing an excellent customer experience
What success looks like in this role:
Can confidently deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with MECCA’S customer service standards
Can demonstrate strong product knowledge for MECCA’S hero brands and products
Ability to show an active commitment to continuous learning and improvement
Can work effectively and safely as part of the team to ensure the successful running of the store
