We are looking for a full time Steward to join our culinary team and support the teams operations with their organisational skills, positive attitude and pride in their work.

Your day to day

As a Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitised kitchen. This includes:

• the cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, floors and any kitchen related areas, 
• ensuring a constant and sufficient supply of equipment & clean utensils to all outlets at all times, and

• complying with stewarding cleaning and sanitation guidelines as displayed in Food Safety Procedures, and Health & Safety and hygiene regulations.

   

What we need from you

The ideal candidate will:

• have previous experience as a steward or kitchen attendant,
• have the ability to read, write and speak basic English,
• be flexible to work nights, weekends and holiday shifts,
• be able to lift, push and pull objects up to 23kg,
• take a sense of pride in their ability to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen,
• maintain good personal presentation and hygiene, 
• Have the legal right to work in Australia without any type of limitation or restrictions,

• Be available to work full time.
