It all begins with a clean plate and that starts with YOU! Are you ready to roll up your sleeves? We’re looking for a Kitchen Steward who values the details, who’s passionate about cleanliness and efficiency as they are about food.
This is a part time position, working a minimum of 24 hours per week over the roster cycle.
Your day to day
Dishwashing and utensil cleaning
Kitchen organisation and maintenance
Inventory management
Support kitchen colleagues
Adherence to safety and hygiene standards
What we need from you
Proven hospitality Kitchen experience is desirable
Sometimes you’ll need to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg). This can involve bending and kneeling
Good reading, writing and basic maths
Flexibility with night, weekend and public holiday shifts
Communication skills – ability to develop rapport within a short time frame
Display a commitment to our guests to consistently maintain a high level of quality at all times
