About the Role

• Work alongside the chef assisting with food preparation
• Ensure that the kitchen, storage areas, fridge and freezers are a high level of cleanliness
• Cleaning of all kitchen equipment, utensils and kitchen surrounds
• Casual position

Essential Requirements

• Prior experience in a kitchen environment with knowledge of food hygiene
• Previous experience in food preparation and cleaning is essential
• Self-driven and autonomous whilst being open to direction
• Personable, well presented, enthusiastic and reliable
• Hard working, physically fit and reliable – able to lift 10-15kgs comfortably
• Have excellent communication skills
• ‘Can do’ attitude and willingness to learn

Rates: M-F : $32.31/hr  Sat:$37.43/hr
