Hotel Hacienda is hiring two casual Housekeeping Team Members, with up to 24 hours a week each. You’ll keep our 64 rooms and public spaces guest-ready, every day.

ABOUT THE MOVE

Hotel Hacienda is a 64-room hotel on Cleveland Street, a short walk from Redfern Station and Prince Alfred Park. From 29 October 2026 it joins SRG Hospitality, one of Sydney’s leading hospitality groups, with fifteen venues heading to twenty, including Aqua Dining, Ripples, Riva Rose Bay and Akti. Hacienda is the group’s first hotel, and you’ll be part of the founding team that sets the standard for how SRG does hotels.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Service departure and stay-over rooms to a consistent, detailed standard
• Strip beds and prepare linen for offsite laundry collection; restock linen and guest amenities
• Keep corridors, lifts and public areas clean and presentable
• Report maintenance issues and lost property promptly
• Work safely and follow manual handling and chemical safety procedures

WHAT YOU BRING

• Hotel housekeeping experience (preferred)
• A sharp eye for detail and pride in your work
• Reliability and good fitness; the role is physical and on your feet
• Availability for rostered shifts across the week [CONFIRM: including weekends]
• Full working rights in Australia
