Housekeeping Services Supervisor | The Star Brisbane

The Star Brisbane is looking for a Housekeeping Services Supervisor to join our Housekeeping Leadership Team. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operation of the department, ensuring our guestrooms are presented to a high standard while maintaining guest privacy and security. 

You’ll coordinate daily room allocations and team briefings, oversee room inspections and turndown services, and support the team during peak periods. You’ll also help identify training opportunities and ensure important guest information is communicated across the team. This is a great opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role within The Star Grand.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 1 year previous experience in a similar position is desirable
• Previous experience in a 5 Star Property
• Supervisory experienced in the Hospitality Industry
• High level of communication and organizational skills
• Property Management System: Opera experience desirable
• High level of computer literacy
