Role Purpose:

We are seeking experienced Casual Housekeepers; the role will report into our Executive Housekeeper and work alongside a passionate and supportive team of housekeepers, room attendants and public area cleaners.

Join our dedicated Housekeeping team and play a key role in delivering beautifully presented rooms and exceptional guest experiences in our luxury hotel environment. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you’ll bring a keen eye for detail, genuine warmth and pride in creating memorable stays for every guest.

What you’ll be doing:

• Cleaning and presenting guest rooms to luxury standards
• Replenishing amenities, linens and supplies with care and consistency
• Maintaining immaculate public areas and back-of-house spaces
• Responding promptly to guest requests and offering warm, thoughtful service
• Reporting maintenance needs and ensuring safety and hygiene compliance
• Working collaboratively with the Housekeeping and Rooms teams

Skills and experience:

• Experience and knowledge of housekeeping operations is great
• Excellent organization and time management skills 
• Strong attention to detail in cleaning and room presentation 
• Passionate in providing friendly personalized customer service
• Availability across a 7-day working roster
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
