Inala Hotel is looking for a motivated and reliable Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join our accommodation team.

About the Role

As a Room Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring guest rooms and accommodation areas are presented to a high standard. You'll help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest by delivering quality housekeeping services and maintaining outstanding cleanliness throughout the property.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and accommodation areas to company standards
• Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish room amenities
• Ensure rooms are clean, presentable, and guest-ready within required timeframes
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas and shared spaces
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and safety hazards promptly
• Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Support daily housekeeping schedules and room turnover processes
• Maintain consistent housekeeping and cleanliness standards throughout the property
• Handle lost property in accordance with venue procedures
• Deliver friendly and professional service when interacting with guests
• Support the wider accommodation team as required
   

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous housekeeping, accommodation, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience, which is highly regarded but not essential
• Takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Has strong attention to detail
• Is reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Has a positive attitude and team-focused approach
• Has strong time management and organisational skills
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills
• Has flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
• Is physically capable of performing manual handling and cleaning duties
