The role:
Crown Sydney has a permanent opportunity for an experienced Hotel Duty Manager to join the team on a full-time basis. Crown Resorts offers a fast paced, highly interactive environment where guest satisfaction and a luxury experience is paramount. As a Duty Manager, you'll be key in ensuring that hotel operations are delivered with a high level of excellence, whilst working collaboratively with the Valet Parking, Housekeeping and Concierge teams.
As a department leader, you’ll play a key role in supporting your team and ensuring smooth operations. Your presence as a department leader will include guiding and supporting your team with guest-related tasks and activity, resolving issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner, and ensuring that our guests enjoy elevated experiences during their visit to Crown Sydney.
