Hospitality Cafe Customer Service Team Member

Hi,

We are looking for passionate people for customer service roles to work in our cafe.

Deliver excellent customer service to all patrons.

Maintain a friendly demeanour and actively seek opportunities for self-improvement and workplace enhancement.

Demonstrate reliability by adhering to scheduled shifts and supporting team members.

Serve orders to customers, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.

– Friendly attitude and a want to work and improve yourself and the work place

– Reliability – we are a small team, you need to commit to your times worked and show up for each other!

– Handing out order to customers, cleaning and clearing from customers.

– Taking customer orders and giving them great service

– Cleaning of the cafe

– Washing dishes/equipment and general cleaning duties

– Taking direction from franchisees and managers and senior team leaders

– Work as a team
