Our client is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen operations of a busy and well-established venue on the Gold Coast.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and hands-on chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take ownership of kitchen operations, menu development, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all kitchen operations
  • Develop and design seasonal menus
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Lead, train, and manage the kitchen team
  • Monitor food costs, stock control, and ordering
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Work collaboratively with venue management to deliver an exceptional dining experience
About You
  • Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment
  • Passion for quality food and innovation
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen procedures
  • Full working rights in Australia
