Keep gardens and outdoor areas well-presented through mowing, pruning, weeding, mulching, and general upkeep. Maintain safe, tidy grounds by clearing debris, managing bins, controlling weeds/pests, and caring for pool areas where required. Carry out general repairs and maintenance, including equipment, fixtures, lighting, fences, BBQs, and basic painting. Respond promptly to guest and resident maintenance requests, liaising with contractors and escalating issues when needed. Support site presentation, safety, and security by reporting issues and accurately logging maintenance activities.   You’re Likely a Match If You  You work well with others, value different perspectives, and build strong relationships with residents, guests, and your team. You take initiative, stay proactive, and consistently deliver high‑quality work with attention to detail. You’re reliable, safety‑focused, honest, and take pride in completing hands‑on, physical tasks. You communicate clearly with your team and customers, using the right channels to keep work flowing smoothly. You bring grounds and maintenance experience, understand site and safety procedures, and have practical knowledge of chemicals, equipment, and pool or site‑specific systems. Hold a current “C” class driver license You’re someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference.
