At the Doncaster Hotel, we are proud of our team and the experience we provide our guests. We are looking for an authentic, high-energy Gaming Supervisor to join the family. This is a role for the night owls those who thrive in the "graveyard" hours and take pride in running a seamless late-night operation.

A day in the life of a Gaming Supervisor:

• Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
• Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations

About you:

• You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You are a team player and are happy to work overnight Gaming shifts
• You hold current industry RSA, RCG and Gaming Licence qualifications
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
• Availability: We need someone with the flexibility for a variation of shifts a week, with a primary focus on our overnight/graveyard roster (9:00 PM to 4:30 AM)

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
