Base Salary $76,250 + Super + Bonus Scheme + Group wide discounts

We’re on the lookout for a Gaming Manager to help run our gaming room and keep it the friendly, welcoming spot our locals love.

Join an Adelaide Icon. The heritage-listed Norwood Hotel is a local institution located just 10 minutes from the CBD. Home to the iconic Finn MacCool’s, we pride ourselves on serving quality steaks, modern Australian cuisine, and an extensive range of local and international spirits. With a heavy focus on live music and community, we are the go-to spot on The Parade for everything from casual pints to tailored events.

A day in the life of a Gaming Manager:

• Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
• Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
• Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
• Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

• You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
• You’ve learned from great managers and are ready to step up
• You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
• You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
• You’ve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
