Base salary $76,250 + Super + Bonus Scheme + Group wide discounts

We’re on the lookout for a Gaming Manager to help run our gaming room and keep it the friendly, welcoming spot our locals love.

Located in the heart of Belfield, The Belfield Hotel is a long-standing local favorite. We pride ourselves on providing a warm, welcoming environment where locals and visitors alike can enjoy great drinks and catch the game across our 11 big-screen TVs.

We are looking for friendly, community-focused individuals to join our team!

A day in the life of a Gaming Manager:

• Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
• Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
• Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
• Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

• You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
• You’ve learned from great managers and are ready to step up
• You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
• You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
• You’ve got a current RSA, RSG/RCG and ARCG as per NSW state requirements
